Once you have selected the call, the first step is to read in full the documents governing the application before beginning to draft the proposal.
01 — Read the call text from beginning to end
Identify precisely the objectives, priorities, eligibility criteria, specific conditions and expected outcomes.
02 — Read the Guide for Applicants carefully
It sets out the structure of the application, submission rules, formal requirements and the practical expectations the proposal must meet.
03 — Build the proposal from these documents
Objectives, methodology, impact, timetable, consortium and resources should all respond directly to the expectations set out in the call and its guide.
